Logan Connor Edmondson Obituary, CANTONMENT, Fla. — Logan Connor Edmondson, of Cantonment, Florida, passed away on August 10, 2026, just one day before his 23rd birthday. He was born on August 11, 2003, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida.

Edmondson was a 2021 graduate of J.M. Tate High School, where he was involved in the school’s Showband of the South. During his time at Tate, he played tenor saxophone, contributing to the musical program and the experiences shared by his fellow students.

Following high school, Edmondson worked at McGuire’s Irish Pub, where he developed a love for cooking. His obituary recalled his enthusiasm for preparing steaks and noted that his cooking continued to improve with each one he made. He later worked in area two distributions at Ascend and for the company’s fire department.

Those who knew Edmondson remembered him as an old soul who appreciated the simple things in life. His interests included classic country and rock music, the outdoors, reading, history, cooking and tinkering. He also had a curious nature and enjoyed figuring out how things worked and finding ways to make them work.

Loved ones and friends were an significant part of Edmondson’s life. His obituary described him as a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend whose presence brought laughter and created memories that his loved ones will proceed to cherish.

He is survived by his parents, Tim and Angie Edmondson; his sister, Lydia Edmondson; maternal grandparents Sharon and Malcolm Nelson, Larry Spinks and Sandra Jackson; paternal grandparents Bob and Kathy Edmondson; special aunt Missy “Dot” Craig; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in passing by his uncle, Kevin Spinks.

A visitation is scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Faith Chapel Funeral Home and Crematory – North in Cantonment, followed by a service from 1 to 2 p.m. His final resting place is listed as Highland/Aldersgate Church Cemetery in Molino, Florida.

Logan Connor Edmondson’s life, though brief, was marked by music, work, curiosity, creativity and the relationships he shared with relatives and friends. He will be remembered by those who knew him and loved him, and condolences are extended to his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
