Tyler Hite Obituary, SCOTT COUNTY, Va. — Tyler Hite was killed Monday in a fatal motorcycle crash on Big Stoney Creek Road in Scott County, Virginia, per to the Virginia State Police.
The crash transpired when Hite was riding a motorcycle on Big Stoney Creek Road. Virginia State Police responded to the scene and began investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.
Per to investigators, Hite’s motorcycle ran off the left side of Big Stoney Creek Road before traveling over an embankment and striking a tree. The collision resulted in fatal injuries.
Virginia State Police identified Hite as the victim and remarked he was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials did not give additional details about his age or other personal information.
Investigators said Hite was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. Officials have not released information indicating what caused the motorcycle to leave the roadway.
