David Zamora Obituary, DAVENPORT, Iowa — David Zamora has died unexpectedly, leaving his wife, Ashley Zamora, along with family, friends and members of the Davenport community mourning his loss. Based on to messages shared by family and friends on social media, Zamora lost his life on August 15.
In the days following his loss, Ashley Zamora and other family members expressed gratitude to those who have offered prayers, messages, compassion and support during the difficult period. The family reported the outpouring of kindness has meant more to them than they can express.
Friends and loved ones have also shared their memories of Zamora following his passing. Amy Jo remembered the opportunity to share Sunday gatherings with him, writing that he would be greatly missed. Other messages expressed condolences to Ashley and everyone who knew Zamora.
Loved ones members initially asked for additional time to finalize funeral arrangements after receiving numerous questions about when services would be held. Ashley Zamora later announced that visitation and services had been scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, at Halligan McGabe.
The visitation is scheduled for 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., with services following at 5 p.m. Ashley remarked the official obituary would be posted once it becomes available.
The loved ones has also asked those attending the services not to feel obligated to wear black. Ashley described David’s personality as bright and encouraged friends and loved ones to wear color as they come together to celebrate his life.
A fundraising appeal shared by a relatives member said Ashley is facing both grief and financial strain following the sudden loss of her husband. The appeal encouraged friends and loved ones who are able to provide support to aid her during the period of mourning.
As family, friends and local area members prepare to gather in remembrance, the focus remains on celebrating David Zamora’s life and the memories he shared with those close to him. The loved ones has expressed appreciation for the continued prayers, heartfelt messages and support as they navigate their loss.
